Soy Yummy Honey Grilled Chop

What you need to do:

Eight boneless pork chops

1/4 cup of organic honey

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon of white vinegar

Salt and ground pepper to taste

In a small bowl , combine the honey, vegetable oil and soy sauce until well blended. Sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides of each chop and put on a large resealable plastic bag. Pour the honey mixture over the meat and the sealing jar. Refrigerate for at least one hour.

When ready, discard the marinade and cook the meat on a preheated grill over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.

Saucy Korean BBQ Pork Chops

What you need to do:

6 bits of boneless centre cut pork chops

3/4 cup of brown sugar

1/2 cup of low sodium soy sauce

2 teaspoons of minced garlic

2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar

2 teaspoons of water

1 tablespoon of cornstarch

1 tablespoon of chilli paste

1 tablespoon of minced green onions

1 teaspoon of minced ginger

1 teaspoon of sesame oil

In a saucepan, add sugar, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, chilli pepper, ginger and sesame oil. Cook and mix in medium heat. In a small cup, combine the water and the cornstarch and apply the mixture to the sauce. Bring the sauce to a boil and continue cooking until the mixture has thickened for about 5 minutes. Remove the sun.

Place the chops on a pre-heated grill, brush with the sauce and cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Flip, brush the sauce and cook for another 5 minutes. Or until it was cooked through. Serve right away.

Chili and Sugar Grilled Pork Chops

What you need to do:

8 pork rib chops (about 3/4 inch thick)

3 teaspoons of sweet paprika

1 tablespoon of kosher salt

1 tablespoon of ground black pepper

3/4 teaspoon of chilli powder

3/4 teaspoon of sugar

3/4 teaspoon of onion powder

3/4 teaspoon of garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon of ground cayenne

Spray of palm oil

In a bowl , mix paprika, kosher salt, black pepper, chilli powder , sugar, onion powder, garlic powder and cayenne to prepare a dry rub. Rub mixture evenly all over the chops, then put it on a resealable plastic bag. Seal and refrigerate for at least eight hours.

When ready, remove the chops from the refrigerator and allow to rest, covered, at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes. Cook on a preheated grill over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
